Product Description

This beautiful hand made Hopi Ring is totally hand made of solid sterling silver. The Ring is signed by the artist Veryl Pooyauma from the village of Hotevilla on the Hopi reservation. The Ring is approximately 1/4″ wide. Done in the traditional Hopi overlay style that consists of 2 pieces of silver. The “Traditional¬† KoKopelli ” design is repeated all the way around the ring and is certain to add to any collection. Please specify size when ordering.

My name is Veryl Pooyouma from the village of Hotevilla. I am full Hopi of the Sun and Corn Clan. I started learning the art of silversmith by watching well known Hopi artists, Charles Loloma and Lawrence Saufkie. I am a self-taught artist and started making pieces at the age of 17. Most of my work show traditional Hopi designs with some contemporary work. I work with stones and gold on occasions.
